I know I may have messaged you lot last week but I had my little guy's birthday party and then this weekend we had a family reunion. So, busy busy busy, as I'm sure you all are.

My Jack has been quiet as of late but I would like to get back into it. So far I have:

1. Interacting with Kenneth (writer's block, discouraged at being scooped), I'm going to peruse the extended plot again and see what she can do.

2. Any backstories?? Noll, Kenneth, Penny & Corrine?? Let me know

Ugh! sorry for being pretty much MIA/utter shit this month in keeping up with stuff. It's been a rather odd month with lots of not so wonderful news and lots of last minute must do stuff and I just haven't been great here.

I will be traveling June 20-28th for my cousins' wedding (which I will admit has caused me to deal with some shit). I'm not going to be around a lot during those dates but I will be some. I want to get back into things and get back to being active and normal.

I'm game for pretty much anything and will try and catch up on what I missed

The code as is contains the same prompts listed here.

From the above link you can select as many of the lists that you want to generate your bingo card. It will create a very simple table with 25 prompts based on the lists you selected. You can always use the generated table if you don't feel like editing. But, if you want to use the icon-based bingo table, you'll have to manually replace the existing words with the prompts you generated.

I have been using Slack.com for work stuff and realized they could be used as a tool for RP communication. Its basically a free instant message board. It lets you set up both group chats and individual private messages in one place. So itd make communicating and plotting as a group pretty speedy.

Would that be something you guys would be into? I'll make one for GBA if folks are interested and it could be optional. If not interested no worries at all. Lol it might be... Too instant. But thats an idea

EDIT: I went ahead and made one. If we like it we can use it. If we don't we can drop it. I figure we could try it!? Invites should be coming your way.

Maxi here with my Richard Crabbe. He's security at the Hotel, a member of "The Bachelors" and very rough around the edges. He was an Auror until he got fed up and walked out which is how he came to join the other side of the pond so to speak. Richard is a very smart person who acts stupidly dumb on purpose. He doesn't smile a lot, he doesn't use a lot of words and he tends to grunt in response to questions. He hates killing but he has done his share of it. He's got a RED status which he thinks is bullshit but eh, it is what it is. More is HERE!

Hey guys! February has been a pain in the ass for both Jenn and I. School and work have been a bunch of bitches lately. Yeah... I said it! We've talked it over and because this game requires extensive world building and plot movement on our end - we'll be putting the game plot on a hiatus until the beginning of May.

As the game stands moving forward we'll keep all comms and information available and shift it into a GPSL for the time being. There will be no "activity requirements" until the plot hiatus is lifted (currently aiming for May). Feel free to build relationships amongst your characters through backstory and/or creating your own crime/civilian/political plots. Any activity until the plot hiatus is lifted will be counted toward box points to be calculated at the end of April.

We're aiming at May 1st as our return to previously scheduled plotting.

We apologize for the inconvenience, and understand if folks do not want to engage the game without active plot. Let us know in the comments below if you wish to keep or drop your character through this particular plot hiatus.

PS: Feel free to godmod NPC's and non-played characters through this "plot hiatus" for scenes involving your characters. Please keep in mind their current ic backstories while writing. We trust your instincts, and highly encourage community character development for all playable characters.

Hi guys. This is Kira here with character #2, Titus Summerby. A muggleborn and one of the many victims of the Muggleborn Registry, Titus is still trying to come to grips with the fact that his entire life was thrown off track almost immediately after he graduated. Even with nearly a decade behind him, he's still pretty damn effected by what he went through in Azkaban so much so that the two weeks he spent in the place when he was charged with the crimes of his oh-so-wonderful flatmate Andrew Gudgeon in 2003 was enough to break him all over again. He is, perhaps, the angriest little Hufflepuff, sort of a living embodiment of a badger, but his world-view has gone from being the open-hearted eager optimist that he was in school to a rather pessimist, resigned cynic who hates everyone and just assumes that world has it out for him in some way. Even if there's glimmers of the previous version of himself that come out often, especially when he has a particularly good day, and he definitely knows how to fake-it until you make it when it comes to being nice to people, whether he wants to be or not, he's still very obviously damaged to anyone who comes in contact with him for extended periods of time.

Also, unless you're Lydia, if you're a pureblood, he's probably going to assume the worst. Sorry about that.

I wasn't sure where to leave it, but I'm going to bow out of the game. I've got a lot going on in my life atm and I don't really feel like this is the right environment for me right now. Best of luck to everyone. ♥ I'm sure I'll see y'all around!

Alright! So we have decided to put into place the Character Box mechanism! Essentially it's a fancy way to track activity, as well as a way to get cool "in game" items, intel, and more. In theory this paired with the new way we're going to approach plotpalooza's (Feb Plotpalooza coming soon) and case briefs will make everything more collaborative and little more free in terms of plot interpretations and growth.

She's a Hufflepuff of 1997 class and loves music. She's written a number of her own songs and while singing is her true passion she is good with other instruments as well. She'd be a linguist if she actually took the time to focus on it. Talented at Ancient Runes - only those closest to her or involved with VIP Lounge would know about that though. IT's something that can be used.
